Championing the cause of investigative journalism

The Bureau has been interviewed by the Chartered Institute of Journalists. Amanda Brodie, Chairman of the Professional Practises Board, said the Bureau was ‘aimed at encouraging a stronger, fairer, civil society’.

‘It works in collaboration with other news organisations to get its investigations published and distributed. Its long-term aim is to explore new ways of conducting and funding investigative journalism’, she wrote.
